The Chill Zone

🤟Real-World Social Practice for Teens👋

July & August Groups Available

Helping Teens Build Confidence, Connection, and Independence 😎

A 4-week summer group experience for teens with autism to refresh, practice, and apply social skills in the real world—while having fun and making meaningful connections.

The teen years can be socially complex—and isolating. The Chill Zone offers a relaxed, low-pressure space where teens can connect with others, strengthen communication, and explore the community together. It’s not just about practicing social skills—it’s about living them.

Why This Program Matters

The Chill Zone goes beyond classroom learning. Teens start with an in-clinic session, then take their skills into the real world through supported community outings. Led by experienced facilitators, this program gives teens the tools—and the confidence—to thrive in social situations that matter most to them.

This group offers your teen the opportunity to:

✔️ Strengthen conversation and social problem-solving skills

✔️ Navigate real-life peer and community situations

✔️ Build confidence in new environments

✔️ Connect with others in a relaxed, supportive setting
