Web & Social Media

In 2023-24 we continued to drive digital engagement through the use of video. We significantly expanded our reach on social media driven primarily through email & paid reach for fundraising events and the Stone Soup ABA Conference. We also grew our organic audience locally.

Web Performance

In 2023/24 we transitioned from a paid Google Ads program to a nonprofit Google Ads Grant which provides up to $10k worth of Search Advertising to registered nonprofits and charities. While it has saved us considerably the program has not generated close to the promised results in terms of impressions and engagement through search. Despite this our website traffic grew by 20% through organic search performance, posting more regularly to our Google Business page and continued improvement in our email marketing initiatives leading to over 1200 form completions on lrcss.com.

Efficient Content Distribution

In 2023 we piloted the use of a new social media management system allowing us to post to multiple social platforms simultaneously which saved us considerable time distributing content at a very low cost. Lastly, our content production tools continue to be an incredible asset. With nearly 1000 designs produced annually to promote LRCSS across various platforms, our small team produces content at an astonishing rate. Our technology costs for graphic design are $0 thanks to the creative use of nonprofit programs.
