Over the past year, 18 new employees have joined our team and we are excited to work alongside them.

One of our core values is GROWTH. That includes facilitating development and progression of our employees to ensure we can deliver the best client outcomes possible.

Our incredible team continues to work towards furthering their knowledge, education and certifications through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Throughout the year 5 more staff achieved their Registered Behaviour Technician certification, and 9 more became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

Staff Training

LRCSS continues to commit time and resources to our employees' professional development growth by offering many training events throughout the year, including LinkedIn Learning, CEU events, and presentations to other professionals.

4 events First Aid/CPR Training Sessions 11 SMG Training Sessions (Safe Management Group). 43 employees received “Crisis Intervention Training Developmental - Initial Training - Includes Children’s Program. 91 employees received “Crisis Intervention Training Developmental - Refresher Training - Includes Children’s Program. 588 Number of Employee Professional Development Training Events Attended. 1,253 hours Total hours of Employee Professional Development Training. 125 Professional Development Training Events Presented. 202 hours Total hours of Professional Development Training Events Presented.

Accredited Continuing Education (ACE)

LRCSS is an Accredited Continuing Education provider with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board. Over the past year, LRCSS has continued to offer professional learning opportunities to clinicians.

This year the Stone Soup ABA Conference delivered another great showing. Reaching 472 Behaviour Analysts from all over North America the conference delivered on LRCSS’ professional development goals while bringing in much-needed funds to the #ABAforAll initiative.
